About this rhinoplasty surgery: This 40 yo patient presented with a significant curved nasal dorsum hump and a hanging colonella in the nasal tip area.
Both deformities made the upper lip look shorter and the nose profile not proportional to the rest of the face (forehead, lips and chin).
After the rhinoplasty nose fold the rhinoplasty photo show a perfect flow from forehead to chin. This made the patient ecstatic.
