About this rhinoplasty surgery: This young lady presented with an unattractive nose that was too long especially upon smiling with very unattractive wide and hanging nose tip. Rhinoplasty was performed resulting in extremely natural feminine appearance. The facial proportion was restored by shortening nose and shaving the nasal dorsum.
