About this rhinoplasty surgery: Every nose job is about proportion and a natural look. This male patient had a few nose deformities: 1-Wide tip cartilage that can be seen from all 3 views, 2-Very notable hanging collonella which shortened the upper lip, 3- Slight nasal hump.
