About this rhinoplasty surgery: This attractive young lady did not like the appearance of her nose and wished aesthetic refinement. Her main concern was the width of her nose and nasal tip from the frontal view. Reconstruction of the nose was performed with fracture of the nasal bone and reduction of the tip cartilage.
As a result, she got a thinner more proportional and aesthetically appealing nose that matched the rest of her facial structure.
