Her overly large breasts were causing her to have both health and emotional problems. She was having self-image issues and was experiencing physical pain and discomfort. This procedure removed excess breast fat, glandular tissue and skin to achieve a breast size in proportioned to her body and to alleviate the discomfort associated with large breasts.
